TALDi has developed a specialist service to support the work of local NGO`s in cooperation with its Netherlands partner CORDAID in the framework of organizational development and institutional strengthening of the non-governmental organizations.

TALDi`s support aims to stimulate development of the third sector as an independent and effectively operating body able to influence and contribute to the rebuilding of civic society and empowering the population of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

TALDi is actively involved in the Tuzla Forum of NGO`s and number of other networks. It contributes to the creation of an atmosphere of tolerance and mutual understanding through advocacy and public information campaigns, which underline the role of the NGO sector in the promotion and development of the idea of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a civil society. Particular emphasis is placed on inter-entity co-operation.


TALDi
provides the following services to local NGO`s:

  • Training in project cycle management, strategic planning, etc
  • Organisational and Institutional Development Consultancy Services
  • Conducts research, collects and distributes information relevant to the work of local NGOs.
  • Information and database of local trainers/consultants.
  • Specific technical, financial, logistical, managerial and advice services to other NGOs.
  • Funding of NGO micro-projects through small grants.
  • Logistical, financial and training services for the Regional NGO forum.
  • Links between donor organizations in relating to local NGOs.
  • Logistical, organizational and technical support for representatives of donor organization when visiting the country or organizing conferences, workshops, etc.
