TALDi - Citizens Association for Local Development Initiatives is a non-governmental and non-profit organization, established in 1995.
TALDi is the leading non-governmental development organization in Tuzla Canton and Bosnia and Herzegovina initiating and implementing projects that:
- influence the process of strategic planning, reconstruction and development on local and state levels;
- promote and support local development initiatives and increase local capacities through strengthening the non-governmental and private sectors.
TALDi has used every opportunity to develop its organization and expertise, while at the same time focusing its approach to meet the requirement of international donors. TALDi has developed its organization structure, strengthened its technical and human capacities and worked intensively to create financial security and a strong image.
Today, TALDi is well established, professionally and technically and is accepted and respected in Tuzla Canton, Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad.
Besides professional, experienced, full time employed staff, TALDi has access to networks of local associate trainers and consultants who have undergone training by TALDi and who now cooperate on TALDi projects and programmes. TALDi also has the possibility to use the services of foreign advisory agencies in combination with our own experts.
TALDi continues to invest in the on-going personal development and training of its permanent staff and associates in order to respond to the changing developmental needs in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
