certification with MDF, Training & Consultancy, The Netherlands, in June
2008. Process of international certification have started in June 2006 and have
consisted of the following areas of expertise: Marketing, Entry, Contracting,
Diagnosing, Assessment and feedback, Strategy formulation, Change implementation,
Follow-up evaluation and separation, Interpersonal competences, Cross-cultural competency,
Client-centeredness, Professionalism. We believe that this is one of the most significant confirmations of the
professional and personal competencies of TALDi consultants, who follow international
standards in its performance, continually enhancing TALDi reputation and trust
